033 Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, AI automation, website development, social media management, and lead generation. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts
• Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Make payments as per agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts and schedules, are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by 033 Digital for the client become the client's property upon full payment. 033 Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

033 Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full.
